Shipping policy
Fancymart is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given period. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book post or Speed post.
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
Flat shipping charge of Rs.150 is charged for order value up to Rs.499 and free shipping is offered for order value above Rs.500. Please note, for some Items like Plants and Home Decor Items, which are of bulky in nature and perishable, shipping charges will be extra depending on the location and order size. For such order, a note has been added to the product mentioning the same ‘please note for order for plants and other bulky Items, shipping charges will be informed on a telephonic call / through email’.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most of the orders are delivered within 7 to 8 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
However, there are few products, which have made to order type and will need a period of about 15 days for the delivery .The it shall be notified to you .We will make sure, that we will do our best to fulfill your order in the shortest time possible. If you have any issues with regards to the delivery of the order please send an email. We prefer email communication as compared to a phone communication.
What if the product received is in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call or email us mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. In Case, if you notice the damage after the delivery has been taken, Please send us the Photos of the Outer Packaging as well as the damage Products mentioning your Order Id.
How do you ship the plants?
The plants have been divided into various categories. We do ship some plant varieties all over India. But the supply of other varieties is currently limited to Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur .If you require more information about the plants and would like to get it shipped to places other than Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur you may please call us and we shall see we do our best to make you happy.
Who pays return shipping costs?
Customer will be bear return shipping charges.
